On Friday morning, gold for delivery on 5 December 2024 on the MCX exchange was seen trading at Rs 75828 per 10 grams with a gain of 0.71 percent or Rs 531. Globally also, gold and silver prices saw a significant rise today.
Along with gold, the domestic futures prices of silver have also seen a significant rise on Friday morning. Silver for delivery on 5 December 2024 on the MCX exchange was seen trading at Rs 91090 per kg with a gain of 0.87 percent or Rs 786 in early trade. Along with gold, the global prices of silver have also seen a jump.
Gold in the global market
In the global market, gold prices on Comex have seen a rise. It was seen trading at $2662.20 per ounce with a jump of 0.87 percent or $22.90. At the same time, the global spot price of gold was seen trading at $2645.70 per ounce with a rise of 0.61 percent or $15.96.
Silver on a global scale
On Friday morning, global silver prices saw a rise. On Friday morning, the price of silver on Comex was seen trading at $31.55 per ounce with a gain of 0.98 percent or $0.31. On the other hand, Silver Spot was seen trading at $31.34 per ounce with a gain of 0.56 percent or $0.17.
