China again took provocative action, know what it did with Taiwan now?

China Military Exercises Near Ta

Taipei: China has sent 14 warships, seven military aircraft, and four balloons near the island as part of a strategy to put pressure on Taiwan over its claims. This information has been given by Taiwan’s Defense Ministry. China has carried out these military activities at a time when there was speculation that Beijing could conduct military exercises around the island in response to the recent visit of Taiwan President Lai Ching-te to allies in the Pacific region, including the US.

China considers Taiwan as its territory.

China considers self-governing Taiwan, with a population of 23 million people, as its territory and objects to other countries having formal relations with Taiwan. Most countries, including the United States, do not recognize Taiwan as a country, but the United States is unofficially a major supporter of Taiwan and sells its arms. The Chinese government has vowed to occupy Taiwan through military force if necessary and often sends its ships and military aircraft near the island.

What did Taiwan’s Defense Ministry say?

According to Taiwan’s Defense Ministry, 14 warships, seven military aircraft, ft, and four balloons were spotted in the 24 hours between 6 a.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Sunday. The ministry said six of these aircraft crossed the midline of the Taiwan Strait, an unofficial border area between Taiwan and China. According to the ministry, one of these balloons passed through the northern tip of the island.

The tension has increased.

Significantly, Taiwan is a self-governing island and China claims it as its territory. Tensions have increased on this issue in recent years. China has increased its presence in the sea and airspace around Taiwan. Now it is sending a large number of fighter planes and naval ships for military exercises near Taiwan and its coast guards keep patrolling.
