The capital-raising structure comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹360 crore alongside an Offer for Sale (OFS) valued at ₹140 crore. Price Band, Lot Size, and Reservation Quotas

The company has fixed the price band for the IPO at ₹403 to ₹424 per equity share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum single lot of 35 shares, requiring a baseline investment of ₹14,840. The allocation structure is designed to balance institutional and retail participation, reserving up to 50 percent of the net offer for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), a minimum of 35 percent for retail individual investors, and the remaining 15 percent for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs). Established in 2016, the nine-year-old enterprise specializes in the retail distribution of mobile phones, electronic accessories, and related digital gadgets. Operating primarily across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, and Gujarat, the company conducts its business under popular retail brand names including SS Mobile, Mobile Exchange Wala, and The Mobile Space. Strengthening its market reach, the firm also acquired a 51 percent stake in Olineo Nexus India Private Limited during the 2026 fiscal year and currently supports a dedicated workforce of 689 employees.
