JSW One Platforms Limited, the B2B e-commerce and digital marketplace arm of the multi-billion-dollar JSW Group, has formally initiated its journey toward Dalal Street by filing a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with capital markets regulator SEBI to raise up to ₹3,054 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The public issue will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹1,300 crore alongside an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to ₹1,754.01 crore by existing promoter entities and global strategic investors, including JSW Steel, JSW Cement, and Japanese trading conglomerate Mitsui & Co. The development comes on the back of rapid business expansion, with the tech-enabled platform reporting a robust 44.93 percent surge in revenue from operations for the financial year 2026.

Capital Allocation Roadmap: ₹500 Crore for NBFC Arm, Tech Upgrades, and Brand Building

According to the draft regulatory filings, the company has earmarked proceeds from the primary fresh issue across strategic operational verticals:

Capital Infusion into JSW One Finance: A significant portion of ₹500 crore will be infused directly into the company’s non-banking financial company (NBFC) subsidiary, JSW One Finance Limited, bolstering its capital adequacy base to expand credit facilitation and working capital financing for MSME buyers.

Technology Infrastructure and Platform Upgrades: Up to ₹350 crore has been allocated toward enhancing core technology systems, improving algorithmic matchmaking, and developing advanced platform capabilities to scale transactions across manufacturing corridors.

Marketing and Distribution Expansion: The platform will direct ₹125 crore into subsidiary JSW One Distribution Limited to finance aggressive marketing, brand-building campaigns, and physical supply chain touchpoints, with remaining net proceeds reserved for general corporate purposes.

Its logistics and fulfillment mesh spans 6,963 postal pin codes across India, anchored by 81 contracted delivery partners, 12 service processing centers, and nine contract manufacturers.

Rapid Financial Trajectory: Revenue Hits ₹5,743 Crore While GMV Touches ₹18,596 Crore

Operational Revenue Growth: Revenue from operations surged 44.93 percent year-on-year to ₹5,743.39 crore in FY2026, compared to ₹3,962.81 crore generated during FY2025.

Expanding Gross Merchandise Value (GMV): Demonstrating expanding transaction density, total GMV processed across the digital marketplace climbed to ₹18,596.91 crore in FY2026, marking a substantial jump from ₹12,564.84 crore recorded in the preceding fiscal year.

Robust Q1 FY2027 Run-Rate: Momentum carried into the current financial cycle, with JSW One Platforms generating revenue from operations of ₹1,642.45 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
