Gaja Alternative Asset Management IPO: Key issue details

Gaja Alternative Asset Management IPO was a Rs 550 crore book-built issue that launched on August 19, 2026 and remained open for subscription until August 21, 2026.

The IPO comprised a mix of a fresh issue of 2.81 crore shares totalling Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.63 crore shares worth Rs 100 crore.

The company had fixed the IPO price band at Rs 152 to Rs 160 per share. Investors could bid in a lot size of 93 shares, meaning retail investors needed to invest a minimum of Rs 14,880 at the upper end of the price band.

The IPO remained open for public bidding from August 19 till August 21, 2026.

The allotment is expected to be finalised on August 24, 2026, while the shares are likely to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on August 26, 2026.

JM Financial Ltd and IIFL Capital Services Ltd are the book-running lead managers for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar.

Under the IPO's reservation structure, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was allocated not more than 50 per cent of the net offer. Retail individual investors (RIIs) had a reservation of not less than 35 per cent, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) had a reservation of not less than 15 per cent of the net offer.
