HSVP Initiates Land Acquisition for 10 New Residential and Commercial Sectors in Narnaul to Accelerate Regional Growth
Paving the way for systematic urbanization and planned regional expansion, the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has officially rolled out an ambitious development blueprint for Narnaul and its surrounding rural belts. To transform the local landscape and accommodate future residential and economic demands, HSVP has initiated the formal land acquisition process by inviting applications on its official web portal. Spanning thousands of acres across multiple adjoining villages, the massive infrastructure drive will introduce eight new residential sectors and two dedicated commercial hubs, marking a major milestone for Narnaul's economic trajectory.
Strategic Layout of the Eight New Residential Sectors
The newly proposed residential sectors are strategically distributed across tracts connecting Narnaul to neighboring villages to ensure seamless connectivity and balanced growth. According to official project layouts, Sector 1 will span 360 acres between Buchakpur village and Narnaul, while Sector 2 covers 303 acres along the Narnaul-Kirarod Afgaon corridor. Further expansion includes Sector 3 across 246 acres near Narnaul, Nuni Awal, and Naseebpur, and a sprawling 543-acre Sector 4 touching Nuni Awal, Naseebpur, and Nangtihari.
Additional residential pockets comprise Sector 5 (256 acres between Nuni Awal and Naseebpur), Sector 6 (372 acres across Nuni Awal, Naseebpur, and Mirpur-2), Sector 8 (358 acres within Narnaul), and Sector 11 (518 acres between Narnaul and Rasulpur village, uniquely portioned into 250 acres for residential plots and 260 acres for sprawling green open spaces).
Two New Commercial Sectors to Supercharge Local Economy
Recognizing the necessity of robust commercial infrastructure to support population growth, HSVP is also developing two major commercial zones designated as Sector 9 and Sector 10A. Sector 9 will cover a vast expanse of 260 acres, while Sector 10A will be developed across 160 acres. HSVP Executive Officer Deepak confirmed that land sourcing and portal applications are currently underway. Once land availability is fully secured, rapid infrastructural development will commence, injecting fresh economic vitality, creating local employment opportunities, and modernizing the urban landscape of Narnaul.
