Big breakthrough in Begusarai gang rape case: Main accused Nitish Kumar among two arrested
Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : The SIT had already arrested the main accused and other accomplices. Weapons and bike recovered. BEGUSARAI: Police have achieved significant success in the famous Begusarai gang rape case that occurred on June 11. Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Manish, Special Investigation Team (SIT) and STF joint operation has caught the main accused Nitish Kumar. Twocriminals including main accused Nitish Kumar, his accomplice Amar Nishad aliases Mecca Medina were arrested. From them, weapons and a motorcycle used in the incident have been recovered.
It is to be noted that on June 11, a young girl was gang-raped in Begusarai district police station, Chakia area. On complaint of the incident of sexual assault, a Special Investigation Team(SIT) team had been formed. On this order, based on technological surveillance of the police team and SIT,main accused Nitish Kumar and his accomplice were arrested from Faridabad in Haryana on September. After this, other accomplice Amar Nishad was apprehended by the police team in the Diara region of Begusarai.
Weapons, bike seized:
Weapons including one country-made pistol and two live cartridges of one, apart from the one used by criminals in sexual Assault Case, and the motorcycle has been recovered by police from the two criminals captured under sexual Assault Crime. In this context, police have separately lodged an FIR against both the offenders under the Arms Act.
Superintendent of Police Manish addressed the police station and told the media that 5 criminals committedsexual assault in chakia on 11 june 2024 on young girl. Sexual assault FIR against such 5 criminals has been registered. Police have successfully caught 2 among 5criminals today. The SP said that all the accused involved in the incident have confessed theircrime. The accused Nitish Kumar already had many previous criminal cases.
SP Manishsaid that Special Operation team (SOT), Special Police Establishment Team, District Police Team and DIU teams successfully arrested both criminals due to best strategic plan for Investigation of all the gang rape cases of the region. This operation was conducted under SP Manish supervision SDPO(sadar)-1 Anand Kumar Pandey and SDPO(sadar)-2 Durga Shakti under this.SP Manishsaid police already launched the search Operation and Soon remaining 3 accused in gang rape cases will be caught soon by police and all the offenders of Sexual Assault Cases will put behind thebars.
