After celebrating the success of Chandrayaan 3, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is now doing important work to bring the things in space to the common people. For this, ISRO has started ‘Space Science and Technology Awareness Training’ (START) programme. This center has been established at Amity University Mumbai in Maharashtra. START is designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students studying space exploration.

Mission Mars or Chandrayaan are both missions to study possible life forms in space. ISRO is focusing on enhancing research and technology in this regard. Three weeks training is being given in this center started in Amity University. In this training, ISRO researchers are exposing the students to many unexplored aspects of space exploration. This center was recently inaugurated by ISRO Chairman Dr. S. It was done by Somnath.

Dr. According to Somnath, information about what is happening in space research is being given to the students through the START program. By that, curiosity should be created in these students. Our effort is to increase their inclination towards space research. Through this we try to create maximum number of space explorers. The course of MA in Astrobiology and Space Science is starting from this year in Amity University. This is the only such course in the country. The Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. Dr. A. W. Santhosh Kumar has given. Santhosh Kumar explained that professors with Ramanuja and Ramalingaswamy fellowships, who are considered to be eminent in scientific research, will teach this course.

Center of Excellence in Astro-Biology has been started by Amity University to do special work in the field of Astro-Biology. Under this, Amity University is participating in ISRO’s program to conduct scientific research on soil in Ladakh.
