On April 5, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan were among the many Bollywood celebrities who attended Manoj Kumar’s funeral in Mumbai. The funeral, held at the Vile Parle crematorium, was a moment of national mourning, as the actor, affectionately known as Bharat Kumar, passed away a day earlier at the age of 87.

A now-viral video captured a tense incident involving the paparazzi crowding around the Bachchans as they exited the venue. Abhishek Bachchan appeared visibly frustrated by the photographers' behavior. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan chose to stay composed. He looked back briefly but continued walking toward Salim Khan, who had also arrived to pay tribute.

Manoj Kumar, who had been under medical supervision since February 21 due to heart-related complications, received a Guard of Honour at his cremation. The ceremony marked the passing of a true legend of Indian cinema, known for his patriotic films and significant contribution to Indian storytelling.
