Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday. This meeting between the two leaders took place in the Ministry of Home Affairs located in North Block. Important issues related to Maharashtra were discussed in the meeting. After meeting Union Minister Amit Shah, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde said, there was a positive discussion on strengthening and empowering the sugar industry. Shinde said that the Cooperation Minister will take such decisions which will benefit Maharashtra. On the other hand, after the meeting, Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the security arrangements of the state government regarding January 26 are appropriate. Police and investigating agencies are on alert. It is feared that some untoward incident may happen in Mumbai on 26 January.

He has written a letter to PM Modi regarding this. This information was given by Bhagat Singh Koshyari himself in a press conference on Monday. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari said, I have informed the PM about my desire to be free from all political responsibilities. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari said that he had told Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) about his desire to resign from political responsibilities during his recent visit to Mumbai.
