Ingredients required to make Corn Pakora
– 4 fresh soft corns
– 1 cup besan
– 1 onion (finely chopped)
– 1 tsp ginger – green chili paste
– a pinch asafoetida
– 1 tsp fennel
– salt to taste
– Coriander (finely chopped)
– oil for frying
How to make Maize Pakoras
To make crunchy corn pakoras, first grind the corn. Then add finely chopped onion, salt, ginger and green chili paste, asafoetida, fennel and coriander and mix. Make a little thick batter out of it. Now heat oil in a pan. Fry the pakoras of corn mixture in it on medium flame till they turn golden. Corn Pakora is ready. Eat hot with tomato sauce or green chutney. You can serve it with tea or coffee also.
