Based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the film has struck a chord with audiences, drawing massive crowds to theaters and setting new records with its collections.
Day 11 Collection – A Strong Hold at the Box Office
‘Chhaava’ is showing no signs of slowing down, even after 11 days in theaters. According to Sacnilk’s report, the film earned ₹18.50 crore on its 11th day, pushing its total domestic collection to a whopping ₹345.25 crore. The official figures for Day 12 are expected to be released by the evening.
‘Chhaava’ vs. ‘Pushpa 2’ – Which Film Reigns Supreme?
In its first week alone, ‘Chhaava’ raked in an impressive ₹219.25 crore in India. Now on its way to surpassing the ₹400 crore milestone, the film has already earned more than two and a half times its production budget.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed on social media that ‘Chhaava’ has now become the second Hindi film after Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ to cross the ₹100 crore mark at the domestic box office in its second weekend. While ‘Pushpa 2’ collected ₹128 crore in its second weekend in Hindi, ‘Chhaava’ followed closely behind with ₹109.23 crore, solidifying its position as one of the highest-grossing films of the year.
Other major hits like Gadar 2, Stree 2, and Animal also remain in the race, but ‘Chhaava’ has set a new benchmark with its record-breaking earnings.
