A shocking incident has come to light from the Dausa district of Rajasthan. During a wedding ceremony in Ladpura village under Lalsot police station of the district, a dispute over bursting crackers escalated so much that a baraati crushed 9 people with his car, one of whom died. 7 people were seriously injured, out of which the condition of two remains critical. The people crushed by the car were immediately taken to the hospital.
The bride’s brother had asked for a side.
Giving information about the incident, local MLA Ramvilas Meena said that there was a girl’s wedding in Ladpura village, and they too had gone to attend the ceremony. The wedding procession was coming and there was a dispute over bursting crackers on the way. During this, the bride’s brother asked a baraati who was bursting crackers to give way, but both of them got into a fight. After the fight, the bride’s brother took the catering staff with him and beat up the baraatis.
After this, the angry baraati took revenge by crushing them with his white Hyundai i20 car. 9 people were injured in this accident, out of which one died and two are in critical condition. The injured were admitted to the local Lalsot District Hospital, from where the seriously injured were referred to Jaipur for treatment. MLA Ramvilas Meena immediately took the injured to the hospital in his car.
Police were busy arresting the accused.
Deputy SP Dilip Meena, while giving information about the incident, said that the investigation of the incident is going on. Serious allegations have been made against the baraati and he has been identified from the white color i20 car. This car is registered in the name of a person named Mahendra, who is a resident of Sawai Madhopur. Police have formed two teams in this case and CCTV footage installed at toll nakas in the area is being scanned to arrest the accused.
