7. Mega Irrigation Projects

Bastar will see the construction of the Matnar and Deurgaon barrages on the Indravati River. The budget provides a massive ₹2,024 crore for these water management projects.

8. Aviation Expansion

Connectivity is a priority, with plans to expand air services in Jagdalpur and Ambikapur, making travel easier for residents and tourists alike.

9. Tourism Push for Mainpat

Known as the "Shimla of Chhattisgarh," Mainpat in Surguja will receive ₹5 crore for tourism infrastructure development to attract more national and international visitors.
