After the incident, people present in the house caught the accused. The injured woman was brought to the hospital for treatment. Bhavna Gautam (51) died of profuse bleeding. Postmortem of the dead body has been done by the Medical Board. Preliminary investigation has revealed that the accused Narendra is a relative of the woman. He had to go home. The woman had stopped talking to him for a long time. The woman’s family also refused to talk to Narendra. Late in the evening, Narendra entered the house with a sword. Then saw the opportunity and attacked the woman. Family members were also present at the time of the incident. He did not know the presence of the accused. The FSL team reached the spot and collected the evidence.

Lady Bhavna has a son and a daughter. The woman was running a medical store after her husband Rakesh Gautam became disabled. Narendra is also married. He has two children.

DSP Amar Singh said that the relative entered the house with a sword. Whom the family has caught and handed over to the police. The body has been shifted to the mortuary. The reasons are currently not disclosed.
