In the prices of petrol and diesel announced today, the prices of petrol and diesel in Maharashtra have increased by 20 and 21 paise respectively. Petrol has become costlier by 43 paise and diesel by 42 paise in Bihar. Along with this, the price of petrol has increased by 46 paise and diesel by 43 paise in West Bengal. Apart from this, the prices of petrol and diesel have also increased in Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Punjab.

According to the official website of Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) iocl.com, the cheapest petrol-diesel is being sold in Port Blair. Where petrol is Rs 84.10 per liter and diesel is Rs 79.74 per litre. And in Himachal Pradesh, petrol has become cheaper by 88 paise and diesel by 78 paise. In Madhya Pradesh too, the price of petrol has been reduced by 38 paise and that of diesel by 36 paise. In Chennai too, petrol and diesel have become cheaper by 10 paise and 9 paise respectively.

The costliest petrol and diesel are being sold in Ganganagar and Hanumangarh districts of Rajasthan. Petrol price in Ganganagar is Rs 113.48 per liter and diesel is Rs 98.24 per liter. While in Hanumangarh district, petrol is being sold at Rs 112.54 per liter and diesel at Rs 97.39 per litre.
