Why is cow’s milk light yellow?
If you have ever noticed, then you would know that cow’s milk appears slightly yellow in comparison to buffalo’s. The reason for this is the dilution of cow’s milk. Actually, cow milk is lighter than buffalo milk and has less fat content. Also, the amount of casein in it is low, due to which cow’s milk appears pale yellow.
