The 58th match of IPL 2023 will be played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants. It will be a do or die match for both the teams. In such a situation, both Lucknow and Hyderabad can do anything to win this match. Lucknow is currently at number 5 in the points table with 11 points. He remained in the playoff race. A win will take him into the top 4 but a loss could make his journey ahead difficult. So he has no room for error.

Sunrisers Hyderabad, on the other hand, have had a tough journey. A defeat would almost rule him out of the tournament. Aiden Markram’s team is at the 9th position with 8 points. In 10 matches, he has won only 4 matches. In such a situation, he will have to register a win against Lucknow to keep the playoff hopes alive.
