The WHO chief said that the seriousness of corona at the global level has ended, but the threat of corona has not yet been averted. Globally, there is a risk of another variant emerging that would lead to an increase in deaths. This will cause illness and death. The WHO chief has given this warning while presenting the report in the 76th World Health Assembly. Tedros said that when the next pandemic strikes, we must be prepared to respond collectively and equally decisively. To fight the pandemic, we have to be prepared to fight that emergency.

The chief said that in the last three years, Kovid-19 had changed our world. It had killed about 70 lakh people but we know that this figure could be more than that which is around 20 lakh.- It will pass. He said that after Kovid, there could be a danger of another type of disease which could lead to death. It can be more dangerous than Kovid and will prove to be more fatal.
