The reaction of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has come to light on the statement of the Pakistan Cricket Board to have a bilateral series with India at a neutral venue. BCCI sources have said that there are no plans for a bilateral series between India and Pakistan.

According to Pakistani media, PCB chairman Najam Sethi has given the green signal for the Pakistan-India Test series at a neutral venue. Najam Sethi said that the venue of this Test series is England or Australia. According to Sethi, the stadium is expected to be packed if both the teams play in Australia.

The last Test match between India and Pakistan was played in the year 2007 in Bengaluru. The last time both the teams played a bilateral series in the limited overs format was in the year 2012-13. At that time Pakistan had toured India and played a series of 2 T20 matches apart from 3 ODIs.
