Spend time in the sun Sunlight helps in the production of Vitamin-D in the body. However, use sunscreen to avoid its rays.
Make sure to include such things in your diet, which are rich in Vitamin-D. You can include fatty fish, egg yolk and fortified milk in the diet to supplement Vitamin-D.
Take Vitamin-D supplement. If you are not getting vitamin D from food or sunlight, you may need to take a supplement.
