Today is the 140th birth anniversary of Veer Savarkar. On this occasion, Union Ministers including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP MPs paid tribute to Veer Savarkar in the new building of Parliament. Home Minister Amit Shah also paid tribute to Veer Savarkar on his birth anniversary.

Amit Shah tweeted, ‘On his birth anniversary, I bow at the feet of the great patriot Veer Savarkarji, who lit the lamp of patriotism in the hearts of countless Indians with his thoughts. Veer Savarkji’s patriotism, sacrifice and dedication are commendable. And countrymen will continue to inspire him for ages.

 

Amit Shah has shared a video on Twitter. In which he remembered the sacrifice of Veer Savarkar. Amit Shah said that he was a great linguist. He was a great social reformer. There were many independent fighters.
