The main bedroom should be in the south-west direction. Children’s bedroom Children’s bedroom is auspicious in the east and their study room in the north. The bedroom of unmarried girls is considered auspicious in the north-west direction.
It is considered auspicious to put a picture of a pair of swans or a pair of storks in the husband-wife room. This picture should be placed in such a way that it is visible while sleeping. Due to this, love remains between the two.
Suitable color should be done in every room. Like blue or green which gives coolness in the bedroom, yellow and orange colors can also be taken as these colors are energizing.
The south-east part of the house is known as the fire angle. This corner is considered auspicious for making a kitchen. If there is only one or two rooms, then the kitchen should be made in this direction. If for some reason the kitchen cannot be built in the fire angle, then it can be made in the north-west corner.
Water tank, tap or anything related to water should not be kept in the fire corner. This corner is suitable for electrical accessories, such as switchboard, TV etc.
Having a window and balcony in the north-west corner of the house is considered auspicious. A cooler-fan can be placed in the north-west corner of the drawing room or other room.
The central part of the house which is called Brahma Sthan and the middle part of each room should always be empty. The Brahma place should always be clean and no heavy table should be kept there.
