Let us tell you that JE Ravindra Kumar of the Electricity Department is posted at Gaukhar Electricity Substation in Basti. It is alleged that he reached a woman’s house and saw her electricity meter. After this, the JE gave the woman something to drink, after drinking which the woman became unconscious. After this, the officer made an objectionable video with the woman.
The JE’s misdeeds did not stop there, he also started blackmailing the woman on the basis of this video. After this, the woman showed courage and called the JE home. This time the woman had already hidden the camera. In such a situation, when the JE did a disgusting act with the woman, it got recorded in the video.
