Additional Superintendent of Police Ayush Vikram Singh said that on Saturday night at around 9:30 pm, the car of retired army man Nitin Sirohi collided with the vehicle of a representative of a service provider company on the slope of Palhaida bridge in front of Pallavapuram Phase-1 on National Highway-58. After this, Nitin Sirohi beat him up badly.
The retired soldier started firing with a pistol.
The police officer said that during this time when the children traveling in a minibus passing by stopped the bus and tried to intervene, ex-serviceman Sirohi got furious. The officer said that Sirohi started firing at the bus with his licensed pistol.

During this, a bullet grazed a college student in Noida. Officer Ayush Vikram Singh said that the police had registered a case at Pallavapuram police station and arrested the accused Nitin. A pistol and four cartridges have been recovered from his possession. Also, the accused’s car has been seized.
