UPSSSC Forest Guard Salary:

The candidates selected for the posts of Forest Guard are given a pay scale between Rs 2,1900 to Rs 5,200 under Pay Matrix Level 20 Grade Pay Rs 200.
The basic salary for forest guard posts is Rs 19,900.
Apart from this, they are also given many types of allowances.
The HRA of forest guard depends on the scope of the posting area.
The forest guard’s salary will be higher in X category cities where a higher percentage of HRA is paid.
At the same time, HRA will be lower for Z category cities.
Also, they get the benefit of the National Pension Scheme, in which about 10 percent of their basic salary is deducted every month.

The candidate should have passed Class 12 or Intermediate from any recognized board or institute. This qualification also reflects a candidate’s ability to understand and execute duties and instructions efficiently.

Age Limit
The age limit of the candidates for forest guard posts should be from 18 years to 40 years. However, the maximum age limit is also relaxed as per the rules of the state government.

First of all, the youth have to take the UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET). After this, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their score. Then the candidates who pass the main examination have to take physical and medical tests. After this, successful candidates are called for document verification, after which the final selection is done.
