RS. Pura, 19 May (Hindustan Times). Obstacles in construction of water pipes under Jal Shakti Mission in 4 panchayats of Mira Sahib block were removed in a meeting held between administrative officials and panchayat representatives on Friday.

Let it be said that BDC Chairman Mira Saheb Dilip Kumar played an important role in removing obstacles in the projects to be started under Jal Shakti Mission in 4 Panchayats under Block Mira Saheb and he made efforts to create coordination between administrative officers and panchayat representatives. Tehsildar RS Pura Shubh Saad, Deputy Tehsildar and officials of PHE department and many other administrative officials were also present during the work meeting.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, BDC Chairman Mira Sahib Dilip Kumar said that Panchayat Kotli Mian Fateh, Nihalpur was in Simbal Upper, Nihalpur under the Jal Shakti Mission launched by the Central Government with the aim of providing clean water to every household. Projects to be set up in Simbal Lower and Mira Sahib had some difficulties, due to which projects worth crores of rupees were pending. He said that a meeting was held today with administrative officers along with representatives of panchayats and common people in all four panchayats under the block and it was agreed to remove the hurdles in the way of starting work on the big project and the work would start soon.

He said that the administration officials also had a very positive attitude on the issue and the administration has been fully successful in conveying its message to the people and the people have also given their consent and soon the PHE department will start working on these projects. Purna Tehsildar RS Pura said, on the instructions of the District Deputy Commissioner of Jammu, meetings were held today in these four panchayats with representatives of panchayats and general public along with the BDC Chairman and the obstacles in the work being done under the Jal Shakti Mission were removed. is The work on this will be started soon.
