Trading started with a fall in the stock market, shares of these companies opened in the red mark

Share Market Opening 12th December, 2024: Indian stock market started trading in the red on Thursday with a decline. Today the BSE Sensex opened at 81,476.76 points with a decline of 49.38 points. While the NSE Nifty 50 index opened at 24,604.45 points with a decline of 37.35 points. Let us tell you that on Wednesday, the Sensex opened with a gain of 58.34 points at 81,568.39 points and the Nifty 50 also opened at the level of 24,620.50 points with a gain of 10.45 points. Similarly, yesterday the market closed with a marginal gain. 

Shares of more than half the companies opened in red mark

On Thursday, out of 30 companies of Sensex, 14 shares opened in the green with a gain and the remaining 16 companies opened in the red with a loss. Similarly, out of 50 companies of Nifty, 17 shares opened in the green with a gain and 31 companies opened in the red with a loss. While the shares of 2 companies of Nifty opened without any change.

Today, among the Sensex companies, JSW Steel shares opened with the highest gain of 0.36 percent. Apart from this, shares of Indusind Bank opened with a gain of 0.34 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra 0.27 percent, Infosys 0.27 percent, State Bank of India 0.26 percent, Larsen & Toubro 0.23 percent, Powergrid 0.20 percent, Tech Mahindra 0.17 percent, TCS 0.10 percent, NTPC 0.10 percent, Bharti Airtel 0.08 percent, Adani Ports 0.07 percent, ICICI Bank 0.03 percent and Tata Motors shares opened with a gain of 0.02 percent.

Stocks of these companies opened with losses

Titan shares opened with the biggest decline of 0.48 percent today. Apart from this, HDFC Bank shares fell by 0.42 percent, Asian Paints by 0.40 percent, Hindustan Unilever by 0.38 percent, HCL Tech by 0.27 percent, Bajaj Finance by 0.26 percent, Kotak Mahindra Bank by 0.25 percent, Maruti Suzuki by 0.24 percent, Reliance Industries by 0.20 percent, Tata Steel by 0.20 percent, UltraTech Cement by 0.15 percent, Bajaj Finserv by 0.08 percent, Nestle India by 0.06 percent, Axis Bank by 0.04 percent, Sun Pharma by 0.04 percent and ITC shares fell by 0.03 percent.
