Four more citizens of India have written their names in the pages of history by climbing the world’s highest peak Mount Everest. India’s Yashi Jain, Mithil Raju, Sunil Kumar and Pathi Harris Ched successfully scaled Mount Everest on 17 May.
The organizers gave this information on Thursday. Rishi Bhandari, Managing Director of Satori Adventure, the organizer of this expedition, has given this information. According to him, 25-year-old Yashi Jain, 17-year-old Mithil Raju, 32-year-old Sunil Kumar and 32-year-old Pathi Harris Chid climbed Mount Everest on Wednesday. Of which Yashi Jain and Sunil Kumar successfully climbed the lotse.
According to Rishi Bhandari, Lotse scaled the world’s fourth highest peak about 23 hours after Sunil Kumar successfully scaled Mount Everest. Yashi Jain also climbed Mount Lhotse after conquering Mount Everest. After Mount Everest, it took Yashi Jain about 26 hours to climb Mount Lhotse.
Notably, Mount Lhotse is the highest peak in the world. Its height is 8516 meters. A total of 19 mountaineers, including five foreigners, scaled the world’s highest peak Mount Everest this week. Sherpa guides will lead the way for hundreds of climbers who will set out to scale the world’s highest peak in the next few weeks.
Record permit issued for Mount Everest
To climb Mount Everest, climbers must first obtain a permit, which is issued by the Nepalese government. According to officials, a record number of permits have been issued to climb Everest this year. The Nepal government has issued a record 466 permits to climb Mount Everest this year.
3 climbers went missing last month
It is worth mentioning that there was an accident with the climbers who were going to climb Mount Everest last month in April. There was an avalanche on Mount Everest. 3 climbers went missing due to avalanche. All the three climbers were residents of Nepal. Recently, an Indian mountaineer died due to ill health at the base camp of Mount Everest.
