Meerut: How the Chinese mobile company Vivo cheated the customers of the country is the story of that fraud. Vivo has divided the privacy of customers and by wiring, the internal security of the country has given the enemies of the country a chance to break into the security wall. Vivo Mobile Company has made the ISEI of thousands of mobile phones the same while flouting the rules of TRAI. This has been revealed in the investigation conducted on the orders of the Additional Director General of Meerut Zone.
Assistant Inspector Clerk Sub-Inspector Asharam of the Additional Director General of Police of Meerut Zone was spoiled by the breaking of the Vivo mobile screen and he got it repaired at the service center of Vivo Company on Delhi Road, Meerut. When the phone returned correctly, an error started coming in it. When the expert checked the phone, it was found that the IMEI of the Vivo mobile phone has been changed. When the matter complained to the top officials, the cybercrime cell of the ADG office sought answers from the Vivo company. But the company did not respond. Data obtained from the telecom company in the case revealed that the IMEI sub-inspector running on Asharam’s phone is also operating in 13357 other phones in the country.
IMEI is the security shield of any mobile. This shows that who owns which mobile and which mobile is owned by which SIM card is operated. But the Vivo Mobile Company threw the rules of the Telecom Regulatory of India into the air in one stroke. On the orders of Additional Director General of Police, Meerut, the cybercrime expert team of SSP Meerut also investigated the matter, so the report of the earlier investigation was 100 percent good. In this case, a case has been filed against the employees of Vivo Mobile Company in the Medical College Police Station of Meerut city. Additional Director General of Police of Meerut Zone, Rajiv Sabharwal also believes that this matter may threaten the internal security of the country.
