The Supreme Court told the petitioner’s lawyer, ‘Why don’t we punish you for filing such a petition.’ During the hearing, it was argued on behalf of the petitioner that the President holds the position of constitutional head. The Supreme Court said, ‘We do not want to interfere in this matter.’
