Share Market Opening 24th October 2024: On Thursday, the Indian stock market opened in the green with a very marginal gain. The BSE Sensex opened with a gain of 16.32 points at 80,098.30 points, while on the other hand, the NSE Nifty opened with a gain of 67.30 points at 24,412.70 points. Out of 30 companies of Sensex, the shares of 22 companies started trading in the green mark while the shares of 8 companies opened in the red mark. Similarly, out of 50 companies of Nifty 50, the shares of 27 companies opened in the green mark and 18 companies in the red mark. While the shares of 5 companies of Nifty opened without any change.

Shares of Bajaj Finserv opened with the highest gain.

Let us tell you that on Wednesday the stock market opened with a decline and closed with a decline too. Today, on the fourth day of the week, the shares of Bajaj Finserv, one of the Sensex companies, opened with the highest gain of 0.93 percent. Shares of JSW opened with a gain of 0.80 percent, HDFC Bank shares 0.77 percent, Adani Ports shares 0.63 percent, Tata Steel shares 0.57 percent, ICICI Bank shares 0.54 percent, Sand un Pharma shares 0.50 percent.

Shares of these companies also opened in the green mark

Apart from these, the stocks of Axis Bank, NTPC, Nestle India, Bajaj Finance, HCL Tech, Bharti Airtel, Tech Mahindra, State Bank of India, Asian Paints, Titan, UltraTech Cement, Tata Motors, ITC, Infosys and Larsen & Toubro also opened in the green mark.

Big fall in Hindustan Unilever shares

On the other hand, Hindustan Unilever shares fell the most by 1.97 percent today. IndusInd Bank shares fell by 0.48 percent, Maruti Suzuki shares fell by 0.44 percent, TCS shares fell by 0.42 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra shares fell by 0.20 percent, Power Grid shares fell by 0.11 percent, Reliance Industries shares fell by 0.09 percent and Kotak Mahindra Bank shares fell by 0.02 percent.
