The film’s producer Vipul Shah said, Shreyas Talpade commented on Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film ‘Golmaal-5’. It is very shocking that the film has been illegally banned in Bengal despite the Supreme Court decision. The theater owners are receiving threatening calls from the police administration that if the booking window is opened, your theater will not be safe.

Vipul Shah further said, ‘It is a violation of the Supreme Court order that the theater owners are not responding openly to the threats they are receiving. They want to show this film, but they are not allowed. It is very wrong to do so after the Supreme Court’s decision.’
