A shocking case has come to light from the Indigo Airlines flight from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad. After landing, the plane started flying again in the air, panic spread among the passengers sitting inside. In such a situation, the plane took off again within a few seconds of landing on the runway of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport on Monday night. The incident took place during a routine landing around 8:15 pm, forcing the passengers to flee for their lives. Indigo flight number 6E 6056 was arriving from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Airport.

Among the passengers of Flight 6E 6056, Vadodara resident Dr Neel Thakkar said they were all scared as no one understood what had happened. “The plane started descending at around 8.45am, but as soon as its wheels touched the ground, the pilot suddenly took off and the plane once again became airborne.” Thakkar said the plane remained in the air for about 20 minutes before landing again. Passengers reported that this “unexpected maneuver endangered the lives of more than 100 passengers.” He has sent an email to the airline, DGCA and Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.

Neil Thakkar wrote in his email that upon arrival he contacted the pilot and clarified the incident. “Pilot Jagdeep Singh replied that it was a routine communication issue and the airline did not have ATC clearance for landing,” Neil Thakkar questioned as to how the plane could have landed if Air Traffic Control (ATC) had not given the clearance.
