In which total 10 students participated. The first written test was conducted in this drive which was held in two phases. After which the interviews of the selected students were conducted in the second phase. Finally three students succeeded in this campaign and received job offer letters with an annual package of 4 lakhs before obtaining their degrees.

It has major media houses from print, electronic and digital media visiting the department from time to time. Students here are equipped with media oriented talent. Along with general studies, they are not only made proficient in typing, but are also made aware of general knowledge and new media trends. The department has state-of-the-art computer labs and studios, through which students are taught in-house production work. Due to which it becomes easier for the students to clear the exams in the placement drive.
