The new Parliament building of the country is going to be inaugurated on May 28. This has been a matter of controversy in the past as well. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said that President Draupadi Murmu should inaugurate the new Parliament building. Along with this, he said that the then President Ram Nath Kovind was also not involved in the foundation stone ceremony of Parliament House.
