Jaipur: The Rajasamand team of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), while acting late on Tuesday night, found a computer operator (contract worker) of Amet Municipal Office, Rajasamand, from the complainant for Rs. He was caught taking a bribe of 8,000.

Anti-Corruption Bureau Additional Director General Hemant Priyadarshi said that the complainant had complained to the ACB’s Rajasamand team that after Rs. Umesh Mewada and Deepak Mewada are demanding a bribe amount of Rs 15,000 in the form of 50 per cent commission of the first installment. During the verification of the complaint, after much persuasion by the complainant, the accused computer operator paid Rs. He was ready to take a bribe of 8,000. A team of ACB Rajasamand led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Anoop Singh has arrested computer operator Umesh Mewada for Rs. 8,000 was arrested for taking a bribe. The involvement of accused computer operator Deepak Mewara computer operator (contract worker) is being investigated.
