The central government has decided to provide Z Plus security to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Based on the report of the intelligence agency IB, the Home Ministry has ordered to increase the security of Bhagwant Maan. Adjacent to Pakistan, Punjab has always been a security sensitive state. In such a situation, it is necessary to increase the security of Bhagwant Maan. According to the information, this decision has also been taken keeping in mind the activities of Khalistan in the state. Security and intelligence agencies recommended security to Mann.

Security has more than 10 NSG commandos
Bhagwant Mann will get several orders under Z security. He already has the security cover of Punjab Police. Thus the security of CRPF has been doubled by getting Z Plus security. Now 55 commandos will be deployed for security of CM Bhagwant Mann. This will involve more than 10 NSG commandos. Apart from the Punjab Police security, the Z Plus security cover will also cover the Chief Minister’s family and immediate family members. A decision taken based on Khalistan’s activities
Amritpal Singh became a headache for the Punjab Police and was arrested after a long time. CM Mann’s security will be strengthened by getting Z Plus security, which will also affect his road-shows, public meetings and gatherings. Special emphasis will now be placed on screening and physical searches at residences, offices, state tour places of CM Mann. Control measures will also be taken during their close public contact, including meetings and road shows.
