The children living there were handed over to their families. Due to which people are getting angry. Regarding this, District Magistrate Visakh Ji says that his registration under Section 41 of the JJ Act has not been done yet.

He said that the National Child Protection Rights Commission has directed to vacate the orphanage. The institution was inspected by NCPR and ACPR and during the inspection the orphanage managers were asked why it was not registered. Due to which the norms set by the commission were being violated, due to which it has been vacated today.

This action is being taken under the supervision of CWC. Also the children living there are being handed over to their family members in the presence of ACM and District Probation Officer. Rules were constantly being ignored in running this institution.

Let us tell you that the Orphan Food located at the Parade was functioning since 1894. But the rules of the National Child Protection Commission were being ignored. Due to which the district administration vacated it.
