Swarnaprashana Sanskar is very important in this as the food that is fed to the children in the process of this Sanskar increases the immunity of the children. Senior Ayurvedcharya Dr. Vandana Pathak said this on Monday.
Swarnprashan was organized at Arogya Kendra, School of Health Sciences, Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University and Government Child Reform Home, Kalyanpur. Here about 50-60 children were given free gold ration. Senior Ayurvedacharya Dr. Vandana Pathak explained about Swarnaprashan Sanskar and said that this method of Ayurveda is very effective in boosting immunity of children. Explaining the importance of culture, it has been said that culture is one of the 16 cultures prevalent in Indian culture. It makes a special contribution to the physical and mental development of children.
Children who perform this ritual regularly have less problems due to weather and environmental effects than other children. The medicine used in Swarnaprashan is made from a mixture of Swarna Bhasma, Vach, Giloy, Brahmi, Gaugrit, Madhu etc. He said that scolding, beating etc. to control children also affects their immune system. Therefore, children should be explained with love. Meanwhile, Dr. Digvijay Sharma, Dr. Munish Rastogi, Dr. Ram Kishore, Rupesh Bajpai, Shailendra Verma, Harish Sharma etc. were present.
