Fennel – 1 cup
Sugar – as per taste
Pieces of ice
salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Black salt – 2 tsp
Green food color – 2 pinches
Method
To make syrup of fennel, soak fennel in water for 2 hours. After this, put it in the mixer and grind it by adding sugar, black salt and water. Now filter the fennel syrup with a cloth. After this add green food color to the syrup of fennel, if you have it. After this add lemon juice to the sherbet and mix, your sherbet is ready.
