Sihore: 5 injured including a policeman in leopard attack, forest department team started rescue operation

Sihor: A leopard entered Moyapani village of the district on Friday morning. Five villagers including a policeman were injured in the leopard attack. The forest department team shifted the seriously injured to the hospital with the help of people. The forest department team is trying to save the leopard with the help of villagers.

According to information received, villagers were busy with their work at Moyapani village of Ichhawar police station area around 9 am on Friday morning. Meanwhile suddenly a panther appeared on the street. An atmosphere of confusion was created after seeing the leopard. Seeing the crowd of villagers here, the leopard attacked them. Apart from this, more than 6 animals were also attacked. After receiving the information, the forest department team reached the spot after about an hour. Forest Department DFO MS Davar said that they are working with the team to save the leopard. 5 people including Pathan Singh (32) Barela’s father Dhul Singh, Savita Bai (10) daughter Remlal and Shekhar Barela were injured in the attack.
