Varanasi: Seven cases related to Gnanawapi Sringar Gauri will now be heard together. District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishvesh’s court on Monday evening ordered consolidation of seven cases in the Gnanavapi case, which are similar in nature. The next hearing in this matter will be held on July 7. The order said that the court in which the case is pending is transferred to the court of the District Judge. After they are transferred to the District Judge’s Court, it will be decided whether all the cases should be heard together.

It may be mentioned that the complainant women Lakshmi Devi, Rekha Pathak, Sita Sahu and Manju Vyas of Shringar Gauri, associated with Gnanavapi, filed an application in the court of the District Judge, in which the hearing of seven cases was demanded simultaneously in a single court. Plaintiff Lakshmi Devi and her lawyers Sudhir Tripathi, Subhasnandan Chaturvedi, Deepak Singh expressed happiness to the media after accepting the transfer pleas of the case to the District Judge’s court. The lawyers said on Tuesday that they will not have to appear on different dates in all the cases. All cases can be heard in one court on one date. Along with this, justice will also be served soon.

These seven cases of similar nature

The district judge’s court accepted the request to transfer the seven cases and hear them together. Among them, the first case is Avimukteswarananda, the second is Ma Sringar Gauri and others, the third is Adi Vishweshwar and others, the fourth is Adi Visweshwar etc., the fifth is Ma Ganga and others, the sixth is Satyam Tripathi and others and the seventh is Nandiji Maharaj. All these suits are said to be of similar nature. In which the ownership of Araji No. 9130 and Shringar Gauri, Adi Vishweshwar and other gods and goddesses in the Gnanavapi complex has been demanded as secondary deities.
