Bank Account Fraud: Alert for State Bank of India customers. Are you getting messages that your account has been temporarily locked due to suspicious activity? but be careful. Online scammers are trying to loot people in a new way. They are planning a robbery by sending links saying to unlock it. This message coming for SBI customers is now going viral.. PIB Fact Check has given clarity. Such messages are not to be believed. Instead of answering such things.. Said to complain.

PIB Fact Check said in its tweet that SBI customers are getting messages that your account has been temporarily locked. Never reply to such messages or e-mails. PIB says don’t share your banking information. If you have any doubts, you report.phishing@sbi.co.in It is requested to lodge a complaint.

Experts warn that if you click on a link sent by online scammers, the money in your bank account will be empty.
They are said to steal your personal data as well as your cash. It is suggested never to click on unknown links. SBI has advised customers to never share their account number, password and OTP through text messages. It has been said that if such a message comes, then first check it. Call the nearest SBI branch or customer care number and ask for verification. Bank officials never ask for personal information of customers.
