The main ingredient of this healthy salad recipe is unripe or green papaya. So first of all, wash the papaya thoroughly and then peel it and grate it. Now keep it aside. Peel and grate the carrots in another bowl. Now mash the green beans. After this grind the garlic. After this grind the roasted peanuts. Later crush the red chillies as well.
Now take a small bowl and add Thai soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar to it and mix everything. Stir well and keep aside.
Mash the chopped carrots and then the papaya. Then add som tam dressing and mix well. Then add crushed red chillies and crushed peanuts (halved). Mix well and then add halved cherry tomatoes. Finally, add the remaining peanuts and then the green beans. Mix well and enjoy fresh salad
