Prayagraj, May 14 (Hindustan). A ticket checking campaign was conducted through fortifications at Prayagraj Chivki station. In which 447 passengers were caught traveling without tickets and irregularly and a fine of Rs 2,97,170 was levied.
Public Relations Officer Amit Kumar Singh said that the campaign was conducted under the guidance of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Shashi Bhushan and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager II Himanshu Shukla and under the leadership of Prayagraj Division Assistant Commercial Manager Dinesh Kumar. Meanwhile, all the passenger and express trains passing through this route were also checked at the railway station. In which 191 passengers were caught traveling without tickets and a fine of Rs 1,67,750 was levied. On the other hand, from 256 passengers caught traveling irregularly, Rs. 1,29,420 fine was levied.
