Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has got relief from the court in the passport case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has granted NOC to Rahul Gandhi for three years. Though Rahul Gandhi sought NOC for 10 years from the court, Subramanian Swamy opposed his demand and asked for NOC for only one year.
