Type 6 Bungalows

Delhi also has 152 Type 6 bungalows, which include twin flats. Lodhi Estate is home to both Type 6 and Type 7 bungalows. The allocation rules for Type 6 bungalows stipulate that they are given to MPs who have served five terms or held the position of Chief Minister or Governor of a state before becoming MPs.
