Chewing wheat soaked in water for 10 minutes is a very effective exercise for teeth and gums. This improves blood circulation in the gums. Boil 4 to 5 pieces of cinnamon bark in water for half an hour. Cool this water slightly, now strain this water in a glass and gargle with it.
