Punjab News: A case has come to light that an unidentified person has used the photo of senior Punjab Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa in an objectionable advertisement. For which Bajwa filed an FIR in Chandigarh Sector 17. Bajwa has also accused him of tarnishing his image in this matter. A printout of the Facebook post has also been attached to the complaint filed by Bajwa. After which the police are trying to find the criminals who put up the posters.

The photo in the offending ad

In his complaint to the police, Congress leader Pratap Singh Bawaja has said that the way my photographs have been used in the offending ad, it seems that I have also taken medicines from the advertiser. Bajwa said that this post is also being shared a lot on social media. Anyone who has used my photos must know me. Because I am active in Punjab politics. A complaint was filed on May 24 on behalf of Bajwa.

Bawaja said that this kind of work is a cheap trick of my political opponents or people working at their behest. A conspiracy is being hatched to defame me and tarnish my reputation.

A post removal request has been sent to Facebook

Following the complaint of Congress leader Pratap Singh Baweja, the police took action and registered a case against the accused. Along with this, the police has appealed to Facebook to remove the controversial post of Bajwa. Apart from this, the IP addresses of the posted accused are being investigated. Police say that the accused will be arrested soon.
